This series of work is not about being perfect.

Far from it.

Perfection is a full stop.

These works are about imperfection, dysfunction, impermanence, irresolution.

Tempus fugit and so do these pieces.

Made from plastic, cardboard, canvas, paint, metal, balloons, a suitcase, fake gold leaf, LED lights and glass, the works possess almost certain obsolescence.

The balloons will deflate, the glass will fall and break, the paint will flake and fade, the black box cannot record, the mouse does not scroll, the suitcase is a fictional device and the jewellery will lose its lustre.

Make. Shift. Move on.
