In this time of overwhelming global events, I feel powerless and anxious at times. This work begins in that heaviness, exploring how the spirit we project becomes a vital form of agency.

This piece is a physical meditation on how consciously choosing where to place our attention introduces a different frequency into a difficult environment. This piece embodies the spiritual practice of pausing and expressing gratitude when something good happens—no matter how small. Saying "More Please!" to the universe at a moment of joy is how we can shift the energy and invite more light.
